Our Story
When I think of pizza, I relive my father’s magical moments, his hands dirty with water and flour creating the perfect dough. My journey into the world of pizza started early, when I was only 5 years old. As I grew up, I immersed myself more and more in the family pizzeria experimenting between flours and ingredients.
At age 14, I decided to specialize in Tonda Romana, the family signature. Over the next five years, passion turned into technical expertise. After countless attempts, one day I felt it , “I’ve got it.”
I had found the perfect recipe.
With a mission to share it, I opened my workshop, preserving authenticity and craftsmanship. Today, I offer everyone the chance to taste the real Pizza Tonda Romana thin and crispy, guardian of the Roman Tradition.
