 wheat, sourdough, salt, extra virgin olive oil, brewer’s yeast.

CHARACTERISTICS: The essence of Roman tradition, our round pizza, 

Crunchy with a slight raised edge. Moisturizes to 70-75%.

The mordiroma

Two enjoyable veils of round Roman pizza, one on top of the other.

It is Perfect to be filled with your imagination.

La baciata
